Scam warning
We understand that a company calling itself Exhibiting Housing Services (or similar) has been contacting some of the delegates and exhibitors, trying to prompt them to make their hotel booking over the phone. This is a scam. Please do not give anyone your credit card details over the phone. You are likely to lose your money and be left with no hotel room! Book only using the procedure on this page.
